With the release of the rosters, those wishing to play for NYHL must commit and complete the first tuition payment of $470 (registration fee) by April 30th. Non-payments could result in a player not being placed on the official roster for 2014-2015. If a player drops from the program at anytime after April 30th, Payment #1 is non-refundable.
All NYHL players and coaches must be registered with USAH, which is now available on the USA Hockey site, https://www.usahockeyregistration.com/login_input.action Please submit a copy of this registration with your commitment and first payment on April 30th and/or electronically to
by August 1st 2014 at the latest. The fee for registration is in addition to the NYHL tuition cost. This is an annual requirement by NYHL and USAH.
Rosters as now published represent current projected teams. Rosters are subject to change in the event of increased or decreased player registrations, as well as for the movement of players up and down when/if appropriate.

This camp's primary focus will be on improving individual core skills through repetition & corrective instruction. The best hockey players at any level are the players who have been repetitively trained for long term development.
Spencer Hockey brings quality coaching to the ice. Our instructors are highly qualified and have taken different paths to where they are now. We are here to share the experience and knowledge gained through many years of playing, coaching and training. A low player to coach ratio ensures that each player will benefit from 1 on 1 interaction with our highly skilled and experienced instructors.
Spring clinics start 4/6 at the Graf Rink. This spring we are offering “Elite Hockey Skating” and “Body Contact & Battle Techniques”. Both clinics are open to players born in 2000-2008. Our skating clinic places and emphasis on stride, edges, balance and agility. The Body Contact clinic is great for players of all ages. Pewees and below learn proper body position when battling in the corners and in front of the net, and learn how to protect the puck and score under pressure. Bantams learn the same, as well as proper checking technique.
HHC Elite is a combination of on-ice training sessions, gym workouts, track workouts. During the 6 weeks, players will gain confidence in their ability as they improve in both on-ice and off-ice skills while learning the proper way an Elite hockey player trains in the summer. Through intense on-ice training, functional training/weight lifting, and a proper diet, players will become well conditioned, strong, and ready to start their season. With workouts being conducted at the ”The Award winning facility Latitude Sports Club”, HHC Elite is truly the premier off-season training program for all high end hockey players nation wide!
Total Hockey Clinic: Designed for Mites, Squirts, PeeWee & Bantam players. Areas we will cover in this program include: Skating, passing, shooting, stick handling, balance, power-over-speed training, hand-eye coordination, conditioning, lateral movement and small area games.
Ultimate Hockey Clinic: Designed for Mite/Squirts and PeeWee/Bantam/Midget. We look forward to working with on skating & passing, stick handling & shooting. The off-ice session will cover hockey specific training in speed, agility, balance & power.
