Spencer Hockey brings quality coaching to the ice. Our instructors are highly qualified and have taken different paths to where they are now. We are here to share the experience and knowledge gained through many years of playing, coaching and training. A low player to coach ratio ensures that each player will benefit from 1 on 1 interaction with our highly skilled and experienced instructors.

Spring clinics start 4/6 at the Graf Rink.  This spring we are offering “Elite Hockey Skating” and “Body Contact & Battle Techniques”.  Both clinics are open to players born in 2000-2008.  Our skating clinic places and emphasis on stride, edges, balance and agility. The Body Contact clinic is great for players of all ages.  Pewees and below learn proper body position when battling in the corners and in front of the net, and learn how to protect the puck and score under pressure.  Bantams learn the same, as well as proper checking technique.

Please visit www.spencerhockey.net to register today!

HHC Elite is a combination of on-ice training sessions, gym workouts, track workouts.  During the 6 weeks, players will gain confidence in their ability as they improve in both on-ice and off-ice skills while learning the proper way an Elite hockey player trains in the summer.  Through intense on-ice training, functional training/weight lifting, and a proper diet, players will become well conditioned, strong, and ready to start their season.  With workouts being conducted at the ”The Award winning facility Latitude Sports Club”, HHC Elite is truly the premier off-season training program for all high end hockey players nation wide!

Total Hockey Clinic: Designed for Mites, Squirts, PeeWee & Bantam players.   Areas we will cover in this program include:  Skating, passing, shooting, stick handling, balance, power-over-speed training, hand-eye coordination, conditioning, lateral movement and small area games.

Ultimate Hockey Clinic: Designed for Mite/Squirts and PeeWee/Bantam/Midget.  We look forward to working with on skating & passing, stick handling & shooting.  The off-ice session will cover hockey specific training in speed, agility, balance & power.
